Bombs Mexican Bowl
Serving Size – makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
- 14 (unit.) Cheese Bombs Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed.
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Guacamole
- 1 small handful Cilantro, fresh
- Red Chunky Salsa on Top (optional)
Instructions:
To fry the Cheese Bombs:
- Pre-heat oil to 350° F / 177° C
- Fry the frozen units for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Cook in equal parts until the units are browned.
To make the preparation
- Start by frying the Mozzarella Cheese Bombs. Once ready, place them on a plate.
- Add the Guacamole on top of the Cheese Bombs.
- Add the Sour Cream on top of the Cheese Bombs.
- Add the Red Chunky Salsa to your preference.
- Add the chopped cilantro on top.
- To finish, squeeze a lemon all over the plate and enjoy.
